Special Supervision is for DUI clients with a 5 year, a 10 year, or a permanent driver license revocation who are seeking reinstatement of a Business-Purpose Only Driver's License.
Special Supervision is a rather complex process; eligibility for this program must be determined by a Department of Highway Safety & Motor Vehicles (DHSMV) Administrative Hearing Officer before registration.
