Bridgeway Center Driving Schools office located at 299 Railroad Ave, Crestview is a satellite location offering limited services such as Driving Lesson enrollments, Basic Driver Improvement classroom enrollments and Ignition Interlock Violator registrations.

DUI Classes in Crestview are located at 5240 Greenleaf Place, Crestview (DUI Class Registrations at the Ft. Walton Beach office ONLY).

All DUI registrations and evaluations are located at 137 Hospital Drive, Fort Walton Beach, which will continue to offer all DUI/Driving Schools Services.

Bureau of Administrative Review Waiver Option

The Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, Bureau of Administrative Reviews allow FIRST time DUI offenders to apply for a waiver review to obtain a restricted driver's license after enrolling in DUI School within 10 days from the day of the arrest. If you register your emergency contact information (ECI) into the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles system, law enforcement can contact your loved ones for you, and quickly, even across state lines.
